Fee’s for our Appraisal Services
All our Online Property Appraisals and On Site Appraisals are Free services.
Sales Commission
Our Fee Structure is a Simple 1.5% + GST of the sale price for properties valid from $400,000+. For properties under $400,000 we have a fixed fee of $6,600 (Inclusive of GST). For land sales we have a fixed fee of $4,400 (Inclusive of GST).
